I received the item but I don’t want it anymore. Can I return what I’ve bought?

If you’ve already received your order, and if it’s still in its original condition, then you have up to 3 days to return it.

My item is defective. Can I return it?

If your item is defective or is not working as it is supposed to, please contact our Customer Service team.

Do I get a full refund of my money for a returned item?

If you placed a return request within 3 days of receiving it, you will get a full refund of the price of the item you want to return excluding the delivery fees.

How long does it take the courier to pick up the items I want to return?

Normally, our courier representative will contact you within 5 days from the day you processed a return request and schedule a pickup time.

Will I be charged for shipping fees when I return an item?

If you place a return request within 3 days of receiving your item, you will be charged for the delivery fees.

If I received a gift through ByNatHome. Can I return the gift?

If you received a gift from ByNatHomeand would like to issue a return, you will need to request the return within 3 days of receiving the gift by contacting Customer Service team. If the return is accepted based on the return requirements, the amount will be credited to your ByNatHomeaccount. If you do not have one, you will need to create one for our team to be able to add the amount to it.
